Refund policy

We’ll gladly offer you a refund within 15 days from the original ship date of product if the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To process a refund request on a damaged, defective or incorrect item:

  1. Email refund@gaboandmateo.com with the order number, reason for refund request, and photo of the damage/defect/issue.
  2. We will notify you if the item is approved or not for a refund.
  3. If approved, we will email you any instructions. We may require that you mail the item with the packing slip and original packaging to the address we provide.
  4. Refunds are provided on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We are not responsible for damage not caused by us. We do not provide exchanges. Once any refund is complete, you may make a separate purchase for a new item.
